Jennifer recieved her license as a physical therapist in 1981, graduating from University of California, San Francisco. She is a certified medicare provider.
She has practiced in a variety of settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient and inpatient facilities with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Jennifer is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with interests in geriatrics and orthopedics. She brings an enjoyment and commitment to personalized, quality care, helping seniors meet their rehabilitation goals, to remain safe at home and independent in their community.

Criteria for In-Home Therapy Services
- Patient has a need for therapy without the need for nursing care.
- Patient has Medicare or a Medicare Advantage Plan.
- Patient is better served in their own home and may have difficulty getting to a clinic.
- Patient prefers having therapy in their own home.
- Patient does NOT need to be homebound as they would for service from a home health agency.
